Hello all
Just received the postcard below and wanted to post and see if anyone had info on Edward Miller, I have searched internet and did not find anything.

The reverse is hard to read but appears to be sent to son by father or vice versa from a match in Zurich.

anyway thanks in advance
Don

Thanks, Don

I spent some time this AM playing with the address & Edward M. Miller on Ancestry.com.

From what I can tell, this street number has been replaced.  We would need a 1900 to 1910 street map to be sure, but I think it is the high rent district to the north, near the lake.  Lots of Edward Millers in 1900 & 1910 US Census for Chicago.  With an old street map, we might find cross-streets and the proper census sheet.  Also need to know the ward # back then.

I think if you went there now, the place is called "Little Saigon".
