I thought it was one of my better efforts. All the articles were good So much of this depends on you guys I can only print what I get, I'm just not smart enough to write a magazine full of good stuff 6 times a year. I have some talented people who contribute but no where nearly enough.
I see stuff all the time here that is the basis of good articles, when I contact the writers they always say "I wouldn't know what to write".

Paul Shuttleworths 44 1/2 article is wonderful. 

40 Rod, Wonder if the Journal could reprint his gallery/squib loading article from many years ago. Ran in another publication

I finally read the 44 1/2 article. As I recall there has been discussion about Pope being involved in the design of the 44 1/2. The fact that this prototype has a Pope barrel may support this theory.
