Curious about the MOS NOE "25 cal "mold mentioned:
When Swede introduced it, it was called
260 117 RF  MOS
My brass two cav is indeed marked 260 117 RF
And several  19+1 bullets I just checked weigh 116.8-117.1
I note a suffix on the current 260 118 RF mold at NOE.
They apparently are now cutting it a bit different. 
Same bullet design, thought, near as I can tell
