	Joe I have one of those Red River Stevens-Pope tang sights for one of my Ballards. I used it for a couple of shooting seasons but gave up on it. Too many fussy little things were not up to what is really needed on a sight for target shooting. I went back to my old MVA Soule Schuetzen. It's a far higher quality sight, which is particularly noticeable when shooting matches.

	If you don't come up with the original false muzzle, you might consider having Steve make up a non rifled false muzzle and fit it to the gun. Then the bullet can be a slip fit into the false muzzle and still be used with the gun. Plus it will make the gun appear more complete with it as part of the rifle. I made one for a .38-55 Schoyen I own that's missing it's false muzzle. Since a Schoyen wasn't numbered, I'll likely never find a false muzzle that might fit mine.
