This is the final match report from Benjamin and me.  After 20 years we have decided that the time has come to give it up.  I worked with Ben when he was alive and with the help of other members, kept it up. We have enjoyed doing the match and have met many great people but every season has its time and ours has come.

There are several people who have talked about continuing the match and should that transpire, they will have my emailing list and you will be hearing from them.

I'd like to thank all those who helped to make the match over the years.  I hope that I did not neglect anyone.
Susan Hartford, Ben Crehore, IV, Orland Bunker, Bill Ball, Ray Kimball, Lloyd Roberts, David Steen,
Ron Vaillancourt, Ren Berg, Roy Piver, Carl Schmidt,

Thank you for all of your years of hard work Smiley
It's a shame to see another group/match cease to be. Hopefully someone will pick up the torch and lead our friends in Maine.

I offer the same thanks and sentiments.
Sadly, I see the same thing occurring with the Western Carolina Schuetzen Society. I pray that I am mistaken and I hope someone will speak up to reassure us all that the end has not come in NC as well.
