So I went to the semi annual Hillsville Virginia flea market and gun museum yesterday. I brought home a couple of goodies.
.22 Quackenbush rifle
10X Unertl 1 1/4" scope
28 pocket knives
.22 044 1/2 English model Steven's
75 lbs of jacketed bullets at. flavors in a tub

Oh yes a rocking chair for next year. Later, moodyholler

You did well. Would like to see pictures especially of the Stevens English Model. Neat variations of the 44 action.

A very impressive haul!  At flea markets around here all you find are cheap decorative items, cheap clothes, and cheap toys.  Perhaps I should move.

Good job, James!

I took out a 32" window, removed a claw foot bathtub, removed a toilet and moved a sink in a bathroom.  Hope to have most of that stuff replaced in time to get a few minutes at the Hillsville show.

Thanks

My Stevens Favorite that my Son bought me for one of my Birthday's came from a local Antique Store for a $100.00 and in real nice condition. It has since been gifted from me to his son my Grandson at about age ten along with what I thought might be a half a lifetime of high quality ammunition to go with it.
