I was not refering to articles written for the Journal. There is a huge depository of information that could be made available. As an example, JVK Wagar wrote a number of pieces for the American Rifleman, that were based on his personal experiences with a large number of single shot rifles. They were extremely well written, and very informative. I was fortunate to visit the man with John Dutcher, who had known Mr. Wagar for quite some time. I believe he was in his 80s at that time, but still very articulate, and had aquired a vast amount "collection" of items relating to, not only single shots, but other firearms as well. A cordial gentleman, and a pleasure to visit with. His home was in Ft. Collins, Colorado. This would be just one example of past articles that could be available for reprinting, enough to fill each quarterly issue with very good first hand information. It is tue that a lot of us, in our later years, are privy to this information, but the younger people that we would like to, bring into the fold as it were, are probably not even aware of most of most of the articles I am refering to. Enough said, I need to retire, to get up and to the range before the prairie winds pick up! Krag
