BSA Martini in 30-30

Meant to put this in single shot rifles but clicked the wrong line. So if it can be moved?

Just got my latest Martini in 30-30 from the gun smith after a wait of around two and a half years.
Like me he's in his eighties and does a bit when he feels like it.
Haven't shot it yet but off tomorrow to get some projectiles in the 100 to 120 grain region.
Hoping it will shoot as good as the one I already have in 7mm Waters.
He forgot I wanted a small ebony tip on the fore wood so will take it back to him after its sighted in and also take over to him a small frame centre fire Francotte Martini with a shot out barrel. If I live that long to be able to see it finished?
My old granny was 94 and my uncle was one week short of reaching a hundred so here is keeping my fingers crossed.
Regards.

I have a Greener Francotte 297/230 in very good condition, bought C4H dies, formed 100 cases from .22 Hornet brass but can't get projectiles. Very frustrating as I think this rifle should be v.accurate especially with nitro. Am going to the dark side and  will attempt to shoot it with Black powder as originally loaded. Have a lot of original Berdan primed black powder cartridges, but they don't seem to want to go bang, for collectors only??  Any suggestions for bullet mouldss. Thanks David A.
