Yes they are.  Dixie Gun Works (and likely others) carries them.  Dixie's catalog number is KA1203.   They also carry the .22 blanks that act as the primers.

This particular example is in .32 rf, not the bigger one, in case adapters are only available for the biggie.

No, Dixie sells them for the .32RF also.

Thanks Pat! They are aluminum cases vs. the larger being brass that I've purchased from Dixie. But I've not liked any of these adapter cases using .22 blanks, as punching out the blanks once they're fired is a PITA. The mouth of the spent case opens up inside the adapter, and locks itself into the adapter. I found trying to put the case over a hole to punch it out was frustrating. I had a friend make me a base with a recess cut in it to drop the base of the adapter into. The recess had a hole I could line up the .22 blank in, so it held the case and let the .22 blank case drop out when punched.
But it was still a PITA and not worth the effort to use them. I'd rather not shoot them, or modify the gun to CF if it's not collector quality.

I shoot a variety of SS rifles with cases primed with .22 cases with the bullets pulled and have had little or no trouble pushing out the spent .22 case. Since the pressure inside the .22 case is the same as that outside, it doesn't expand except in the area where it goes through the back of the adapted case, and that usually doesn't offer much resistance at BP pressures, which is all I use in old RF guns.

22 priming -- I have always used cut-off 22LR cases.   Grab them in a collet and use a pointy tool to part them off.   Tried some nail-gun blanks, but they expand on the inside and get locked in.   With most smokeless powders, I find it necessary to put in 1/3 gr or so of FFFFg as a priming charge.
