Unertl increasing and decreasing eyepieces (Read 1592 times)

	Ran across a small box at a garage sale, which had both of these lenses as well as a cross hair cell and three rubber eye cups. Does anyone know how to tell which is which, I am guessing the shorter one is decreasing. Don't have a Unertl scope to compare with. Thanks for any help.

	Maybe, if someone would measure the length of a 3/4" Unertl eyepiece lens I could figure it out. The shorter one is 2 1/8", the longer one is 2 5/8". My guess a regular eyepiece should be 2 3/8". Thanks Tom

	Both of my Unertls have a 2 3/8" eyepiece. One a 6x SG&G the other a 12X 1 1/4" scope. I would be Very interested in purchasing the eyepieces you picked up. PM me if you want to sell them. Thanks beltfed/arnie

	PS, Was the "small box" labeled "Unertl" or whatever to verify they are Unertl eyepieces? beltfed/arnie

	Thanks, Beltfed. My logic pattern worked out I guess. The box was not a Unertl box. The Unertl was written on a Stith box. There was also a hand written note inside with the same info.
