	Goes to show you have to be able to shoot offhand to win Aggregate today. Jim Luke’s bench scores bit higher iron bit lower any. Offhand scores much higher than the competition gave him the win. Many years ago I remember Chuck Bender in cbontention offhand loosing the overall on the bench. That was when the serious offhand shooters were in Schuetzen. Boats

	I have not shot the big NRA Lever Silhouette matches lately but when I did Jim Luke was one of the top shooters. Except 10 M International best offhand work today is with Lever actions. One reason we get so many offhand single shot shooters in our twice monthly club matches, we allow Lever actions. Most times they move to a single shot looking for better scores. Few other dedicated Lever shooters stay with our single shot match as practice for the NRA match. Some times, not often a Lever wins. Give you some perspective last month we had a waiting list the 32 slots filled early. Probably 5 levers on the line.
