is there any markings on a Clerke Rifle to tell you what caliber it is?  believe it is chambered for a 375 Winchester. any idea what it's worth. anybody ever have any problem with a Clerke rifle action holding up, shooting the 375 magnum?

Caliber markings are always on the barrel so, it depends on who barreled the action. If it were a Bo Clerke, barreled rifle, it will be on the barrel.

The Clerke is a beefed up, heavy duty version of the HW. It has a 1" diameter thread and should take the 375 H&H ok.
