Why do topics disappear (Read 1814 times)

	I’m wondering why I lose some topics?? An example is I can no longer see the Stars an Stripes topic on my list! Is it my computer?? Thnx Sst

	Tom, It probably has something to do with the signal crossing the border Seriously, It happens all the time. I couldn't find one yesterday. I went to my "User CP", looked at my previous posts and clicked on my last post. When I went back to the thread, it was magically returned. Our city has a map function on their website. It has a lot of intermittent issues like that with certain things will disappear. The city tech department is working with the vendor. They say it is a platform problem.

	Gremlins? I posted some parts for sale answered some questions about them and had a gentleman here offer to send me a check. So I then posted sale pending. POOF cannot find add or even check my own history of posts to see the add or replies. I did not delete it?

	Tom, In your case I suspect one of the Moderators removed your post because you marked it "Sale Pending". They ask that you mark your For Sale post "Sold" so it can be deleted. JerryH

	I'm not a complete idiot, some of my parts are missing.

	This is interesting. Even as an FNG, I was amazed at the efficiency or magic displayed in the items FS section. My Model 54/44 1/2 original Stevens rifle was offered for sale- I received some interesting posts questioning my rifle-one from an alleged Nigerian royalty. After the rifle sold outside ASSRA-{It WAS the real original rifle-with Mogg scope; & XXXX wood-I went back and the ad had magically disappeared}. Now THAT is service. I was all ready to write my check out to extend my ASSRA membership. Then, I got to scratching my head a little........
