Yeah, I like the Alberta Schuetzen Lube. My wife is better with it, too. My own lube smells like an abbatoir next to a chemical plant. The stuff from north of the border smells pretty good.

Here's my method that works to perfection for me.
Firstly I started with a metal muffin baking tin, but pushing the lube cakes out was difficult.
I then bought another muffin baking try that was made of silicone and flexible, this made everything much easier.
Each muffin cavity will hold 7 .40 cal bullets evenly spaced, so the tray will hold 42 bullets.
The next problem was placing  the bullets in the cavities without accidently knocking one over and causing a domino effect. I cured this problem by making a spacing die out of 7 pieces of 1" long steel tube, these were arranged in a circle of 6 plus one in the middle and held together with a wrap of masking tape, sort of looks like a revolver cylinder with one extra hole in the middle.
The spacing die is put in the tray cavity and the bullets dropped into each tube, then the die is carefully lifted off and place in the next cavity to repeat the process, this takes a lot less time than it takes to explain it.
The lube is poured in till it just covers the top GG and the bullets are simply pushed out with your thumb when the lube is still slightly warm, about 20 min, depending on room temperature. If the bullets are very cold I pre heat them with a hair dryer prior to pouring in the lube, this ensures all grooves fill completely. The lubed bullets are easily popped out of the tray in their lube cakes by bending the tray, after the bullets are pushed out the lube cake is returned to the melting pot ready for the next batch. Should you wish to make larger quantities of lubed bullets simply buy more trays, but I just lube them as needed.
Mike.

I use bread pans and cut the sides down so they are't too deep.  Hard to set the rows in without disaster if the sides are too high.  I usually preheat them.  The pans hold anywhere from 50 to 100 bullets depending on caliber and how aggressive I get with the spacing  Huh  Too close and they may have to be redone.  They are usually ready to pop out in about 25 minutes.

If I wasn't already sold, you would have sold me.  Nice pitch.  I think you could sell used cars, Joe  Cheesy

Anyone wish to become the American Manufacturer and Distributor of Alberta Schuetzen Lube?

Not sure how long I can continue to produce it; plus more and more tariffs to transport stuff across the border with Trump.

Very generous offer Dave can all of the ingredients be easily purchased on this side of the border. The State and County I live in is so restrictive some of those ingredients not knowing what they are before hand could very well be restricted so it might not even be doable here.

Had to do some pan lubing today.  Just plug another bullet in the empty hole.  No muss, no fuss.  For pointy bullets, I wear an old leather glove.  I have 4 different pans for 32, 38, 40, and 45.  Can you tell that I'm a little CS? Grin

I dip lube for 310 cadet and pope 308403 bullets as well as some others.

I preheat my bullet in a flame and place them on the hardened lube that causes them to melt a puddle in it.
Then with the tweezers I pick them up and stand them on the tin lid or grease proof paper to cool.
Wipe base before loading and scrap off lube from sheet back into pan.

My bullets are all filled with lube and don’t require sizing the lube off.
The heated bullets seem to lube better.

I may do a hand full or as many as I like at a time.

A tobacco tin holds enough lube for ooodles of bullets and the lid keeps everything clean.
That and a pair of tweezers is all I need.

I have tried pan lubing but it seems messy to me with pots for melting and the standing of bullets ect etc.
Had wax and stuff everywhere.

That’s when I learnt how hard beeswax is to get off stuff.
