	You should be fine Jack. You shouldn't need to lift weights until you get over 15#

	Still a bit stiff but I have finally gotten back to walking a mile a day at work. I used to do that every day before the replacement. It is the other knee that slows me down. I think I am over compensating and ending up with a sprain in the calf of the 'good' knee. Doesn't affect my shooting though. Maybe I can still get some sympathy in Spokane. Get someone to carry all my gear to the benches? Jack
