100 grain 25-20 Win. loads

I have an homebuilt Horr sideplate with a 10 inch twist barrel. I bought at a gunshop  3 boxes of Speer 100 grain spire points for a really good price. I would like to try these at a lower velocity for informal target shooting. I have Bullseye ,Trailboss, 2400, Unique, and 4227. Any ideas for low pressure loads? Thanks ,Paul.

I'd lean towards 4198 myself. Can't suggest a charge weight.
