Lee Bullet mold 459-500-3R 45-70--which top punch?

I've looked in all the likely places and I can't find the number for a lyman or rcbs top punch for the 459-500-3R lee bullet-does anyone have any experience with this ? I'll be using a lyman 4500 lubrisizer with a black powder lube- 549 sizing die-
anyone had any experience loading this bullet?- many thanks-

The top punches that will work with the Lyman Smitzer bullet will do alright.
That lee bullet isn't very good for shooting much past 300 yards.

You can alter top punches to suit your bullet several ways.  Some put a small quantity of bedding compound in the punch & use the bullet to mold a better fit.  Never tried fill out personally however. 

Way I have done it is cast as hard as possable. Chuck the bullet in the lathe coat it with valve grinding compound and lap the top punch to fit. Takes several to make any difference.

Which way depends on how far out the punch is.  Better the fit before you alter easier it is to lap one out.

I've made small wads of tinfoil in the hollow of the die will self form to the bullet. Hold 'em in with sticky bullet lube. They last a long time, but are reversible for other bullets or back to the way they were intended. Doesn't cost anything either. 
Old mentor of mine showed me this- he was "frugal" to say the least. Purdue and Tulane University engineering grad, but frugal.
