San Diego February Match

For the first time in memory, we had to cancel the offhand relay of our match yesterday due to wind.  We had winds blowing pretty regularly at around 30 MPH with at least one gust that was estimated at 45 MPH.  Everything but guns blew off the benches, and there were times we were worried about them!   Scores were down but we had a good time anyway.  Not so much when it came time to clean rifles - dust and dirt everywhere! Still some very nice shooting despite the high winds and all just another part of what already is a very challenging shooting sports.

Got home and dropped the lever on my Highwall and it felt like I had dumped valve grinding compound in the works! Disassembled and gave it a good cleaning for next months match...
