Hi All,
I am in need of some un-primed, full length sized .219 Improved brass. I am happy to pay for 10 to 20 cases or I can trade, I have the following;
.218 Bee
.22 hornet
.17 Ackley Hornet
.222 Rimmed
.222 Rem
.222 Mag
.219 D Wasp
.225 Win.
6X47 Rem
6mm PPC

I have quite a few 219 improved cases but God only knows if they will fit your chamber.  I have a 44 1/2 with what is supposed to be a 219 improved and just got my Borchardt in 219 Improved rebarrelled to a 30-40 Krag Improved and the cases don't come close to fitting the other rifle.  PM me your address and I will send a few of each to see if they will chamber.  If they do I can send you probably 50 or so.  Tom

I made my 219 zipper imp brass, ran 30-30 brass in to a 32-40FL die then in to a 25-35, trimmed close to 219 zipper length but left long, then in to the 219 zipper die, and fire formed with cream of wheat, (leave your brass a little long when fire forming as you will lose a little length) several of them split at this point and I had annealed them before I started, Winchester brass worked the best, I found others were to thick at the base and when sizing to 219 zipper I would end up with a wrinkle of brass at the base, hope this helps, I had found this recipe on the web some where.
