I have a #7 on my 1873 Maynard in 35-30, great sight.
Have a couple of #17's ( not 17A) in my sight box too.
What number is the windage Beach type front sight?
Aaron

Number 5, I believe

I have a #7 Lyman on one of my Schoyen Ballards. Pretty darn cool sights, and I wish someone had reproduced them!
