here's a pic, maybe you can use it

From Cast Boolits:
1894 Winchester Reloading Tool
I have one of these in 38-55. It was originally intended for use with Black Powder. You put the decapping rod in the chamber with the pin pointing up/out and then center a case on it so that the decapping pin centers in the primer hole. Then you insert the combo into the body of the tool and screw it in as far as it will go. Squeezing the lever forces the chambered case a litle further in; then you tighten the chamber and squeeze again. (There is a sort of extractor inside the body of the tool that catches the rim and pulls the case out of the chamber). This is repeated until the chamber with the case in it can be seated no further. Thus the case is resized and the spent primer has been pushed out. The new primer seater is the two pronged affair on the top of the tool. The case goes between the prongs that hold the case head so that the rim is trapped; new primer is put in in place....squeeze the handle and the primer is seated by the little primer sized button attached to the end of the lever that rotates on the hinged part. There is no provision for flaring the case mouth in the tool. You can tap a ball bearing gently with a hammer/mallet to do that. Using a mallet to drive the primer out with the decapping pin saves having to empty the used primer out of the sizing chamber with each case and keeps the insides cleaner(no primer residue), but you still have to size the case. Once the case is reprimed, you add powder, seat the bullet....then put the recharged case with the bullet started-into the chamber-screw it in a bit and squeeze the handle. The turn and squeeze process continues until the chamber with the new cartridge is bottomed tight and squeezable no further. The resizing/seater chamber puts a mild roll crimp on the case mouth to keep the bullet in place. It is a very slow process for sure, but makes good ammo. LLS

Rebel,
Thank you for taking the time and posting pictures of the original instruction sheets. It was helpful, and much appreciated. I was also interested to see what type of lubrication was used and the post answered that question.
Much thanks - John

Cases are flared using the projection on the end of the sizing die. Thanks for posting the photos!
