I've had this 44.5 in 32 40 for awhile sent it to cpa for a shillen air gage barrel  in 22 or. Hope to shoot it soon ! The original is 4 digit serial # and all matching . Will see how the 22 shoots. ( Sam thanks for the New to me scope caps) oh yea made the new forend myself , some day color will match better Cheesy

Great folks (Gail & Paul) to work with at CPA. Shooting a Shilen 'rachet rifled' barrel on my .22RF and very pleased.
  
Glenn - 2x CPA 44 1/2 w/22LR (Shilen ratchet-rifled & Bartlein 5R rifled), 38-40RH & 38-55WCF (Bartlein 5R rifled) & 40-65WCF (GrnMtn 'X') barrels

Your welcome on the caps, I don't often get to see them on the scopes I make them for, and those do look good. They will blue up nicely and match that scope very well. The rest of that rig looks dang fine also. I will be very interested to hear how she shoots.
