Picked this up in an auction today, I think it will look outstanding on my bookcase.
It was described as a pneumatic rimfire priming tool used by Eley.
I'll try to figure out how it works when I have it in my hands.

Very Very interesting tool and I agree it would look real good on the book case and even more so in how it works for what it was designed to do? 

Nice find if only for the cool factor and a #10 in my book and one heck of a conversation piece as well.

I found it on Proxibid. 
I haven't found a patent for it yet. The device is about a foot tall, must be large caliber rimfires if they go over the tubes, which may independently rotate. It seems to be bench mounted, but has a carrying handle. Looks like the pump may swing away above the tubes. (to load compound?)
