Home brewed Martini breech seater

Hello
Some time ago I agreed to post a few pictures of a home made seating tool. The one advantage of this over a plugged case seater is the ease of adjustment. The plunger in the case is made in two pieces, the nose piece is screwed on to the rear piece, therefore it can be run in & out to adj. seating depth, it is locked by a set screw run into the nose end against the threaded portion of the tail piece. the pusher is braced against the tang sight base. The cause of this Rube Goldberg invention is a Stiegle Martini that was re-chambered without a guide and is off center to 32 Win. Spcl. It has no throat the rifling is beveled at the end of the chamber, so breech seating is the only option. I hope this explanation of the seater makes since.
Thanks Mike

I have built a couple like that which pivot on an extended breech-block pin.   They work great -- you can seat a full diameter bullet clear into the rifling with them.  All the "machinery" is beside the action, so they can work under a scope OK.

G,day Chris,
I have one for the cadet, pivots of an extended action pin,I use an adjustable case which is cammed in, the seater straddles the action and can be used with a scope.I can't post pics off this iPad, but could email them to someone who could post them for me.Westener (Joe) has been very kind in the past to do so.   Cheers Mal.
