Crescent Arms Roller

Hi,
Just bought a Crescent Arms roller. It looks very similar to a Remington #4.
Crescent Arms in Norwich CT is known for inexpensive shotguns, some sold under other names, and was eventually bought by Savage, from what I can gather.
The auction says it's a 25 cal centerfire rifle. Like most auction descriptions, it's pretty vague.
Little is written about Crescent rifles, but I found an excerpt from Rifles of the World by Walters, that says they were made in 22LR, 25 and 32 Rim and a few were made in 25-20SS.
It uses a wedge type locking mechanism for the takedown, and is missing the takedown lever, thought the wedge seems present.
Does anyone have one of these rifles, or knowledge of such?
Should be a trim little roller in 25-20.
Aaron

Thanks John,
I checked out my Blue Book, not any mention of the rifles, just shotguns. A bit of company history though. Seems the takedown is locked by a tapered cone.

Turns out to be a rim fire, even though it was expressly listed as centerfire.
Nice gun anyway, but I don't need another 25 rimfire.
I called the auction company and they'll return it, unless someone here wants it for $200 plus shipping.
PM me for more info if interested.
