When I was shooting more modern bench I shot a few .0XX" groups using my B&M. And people still looked down their noses at it!  I find it very consistent.

Lot of measures will throw accurate charges. Advantage to Harrell's is the ability to dial in precise throws using the micrometer adjustment. I calibrate mine at home and log settings in a measure book carried with the measure in its box. Throw accurate charges anywhere without weighing. Other advantage is its a fine piece of work smooth and precise.

My Belding and Mull throws accurate too. Have to set the charge with a depth micrometer, otherwise it's trial and error scale checking getting the drops right. Use it for Black Powder only. It will throw stick powders fine just a pain to set.

Difference in the two night and day, and they both throw precise charges.

Well I've read all of this and the other linked thread.  I kind of get the feeling the general consensus leans toward the Scheutzen, which is what my buddy John told me in the first place.  Just call me "grasshopper" because I've a lot to learn..........but I still like to ask questions.  Grin  Thanks for all the comments.  When the time comes that I have the extra funds and have become totally frustrated with what I have, I think the Scheutzen is the direction I'll go also.
