Scope bases

Have a friend who just bought a Kimber 22. The gun has Unertl style bases on it. He doesn't know what style of scope he is going to use and doesn't want to drill and tap new holes for a "modern" scope. Is there a mount out there that can be used with the Unertl bases for a modern scope.

Yes, This is my cure to the problem. It's made for 7.2 spacing.
