Rhoades, without question.

Seriously, talk to both about their reamers as both do excellent work. Steve's reamer is designed to use 45-90 brass necked down to 40cal without a bunch of case trimming, etc. Believe Steve shoots one in competition, so you can ask him about loading/shooting one.
