Are there sources or people who will make  odd sizes,  for  lubrisizer dies  that Lyman does not offer?  Such as .327 dia.   Any help appreciated.  WB

Might check with "Buckshot" on Cast Boolits Forum. He has done my oddball sizes for the Lee Lube/Sizer die.

Try Buffalo Arms Co.  They do have custom sizer dies.

I have a box of Lyman H&I dies that I haven't used in years.  Call Lee Precision and they will cut an odd size die for their lube sizer that works faster and is cheaper that the Lyman's

I've had "buckshot" make several Lyman dies for me. Excellent work.

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

Yes, but it only sizes in a Lee, and doesn't lube the bullets like Lyman or RCBS.

RCBS will make sizing dies in any configuration for the Lyman press.  Not cheap, but you get what you need.

I make 'em on the lathe from 41L40 bar stock.  Buying a chucking reamer for the size you want usually costs about $20 on Amazon. A taper pin reamer will form the lead-in. They don't need to be hard, unless you expect to size thousands of bullets.  Bottom punch is made from a ZZ grade pin gage from Gageshop.com.

That last is the best suggestion yet. ( making them).  I have led-loy bar stock as well as CRS and 4140 , and do have the right reamers.   Will look into gageshop.com for the pins.  I did find that Buffalo Arms has one size I need. Brownells is twice as expensive with  odd sizers at about $50 each + post.  Thank you All.  WB

Use the ledloy.  Easier to get a nice surface finish inside.

S&S Firearms in New York is a good source for custom bucket sizing dies.

I look for battered examples of Lyman and Ideal dies that are going for cheap at Gun Shows.  Easy to bore them out to larger diameters, and the outside shape and the lube holes are already there.  A taper pin reamer plus some polishing with 400 grit wet-or-dry forms the lead-in, and a shave taken off the top removes the old diameter stamp so a new one can be done.  The "I" punch can be turned out of any piece of scrap or leftover.
