Very nice Joe, I always love a gun that makes you smile. It could turn into a modern equivalent to the frogmore ballard

Very nice scene depiction in that engraving. I almost hate to point out that the quarry is angled with its head toward the rear of the action on the right side, and angled toward front on the left side.
But it is cool and whimsical - I like it!

You could truly "bring home the bacon" with a gun made up on that action.

Beautiful engraving, but if the dog hadn't bit the hog in the you know whats he probably wouldn't have broken through the fence.

I almost hate to point out that the quarry is angled with its head toward the rear of the action on the right side, and angled toward front on the left side.
So the pig slightly changed his position between depictions; who wouldn't while getting his ass and other close-by parts chewed?
I'm more concerned about what look like casting flaws in the lower back corner of the action's right side. Are such flaws, even if nonthreatening ones, characteristic of these actions?

It is to my eyes a beautiful work of art. Art is not always the absolute of realism. Enjoy the beauty.

Maybe he'll stock it in broken fence boards from a pig pen.

I feel that the slab sides of the Hoch are just begging for some decoration. Even sponsor decals would improve the looks of one of those things. I like yers, Joe.
