De-Capper

Any body make a handy de-capper that can be used on the 25-20 WCF case. I use a RCBS priming tool to seat primers a lot easier for me to handle than trying to finger those pesky little primers one at a time.

If you can find a Lyman 310 handle and either a set of 32-20 or 25-20 dies, they will work very well as a decaper.

Not very "traditional", but
Take a look at the relatively new Frankford Arsenal Decapper.
It works very well for ANY ctg with three collets that come with it.
Even has a cup that catches the spent primers if you choose not to "litter".
Graf's has them , as does Midway

I have several home made decappers that use Lee case trimmer pilots. A .223 pilot works great for 25-20. The total cost is less than $10.  I use the old RCBS priming tool for re-capping.

Indeed, my Lee hand press was what I used for decapping at the range. Also handy if I had to neck expand, etc., since I
finger seat my bullets on precharged BP cases at the range.
But now, the much smaller, lighter Frankford Arsenal decapper is much handier, faster to do the decapping  of any
brass.

You might want to look at the Harvey deprimer tool. (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)

Here is my 25-20 de-capper.  It is the first of the "deluxe" models due to it's thick walled brass tube handle.  The business end is the lee case length gauge for .223.  Maybe $15 worth of parts.

Exactly what I've been doing for years and years.  The one in this picture has been bushed so that it also works to reprime .25-20 SS cases, and by extension .22 R2 Lovell.
