How can I block topics from members I regard as trolls? This member, to my knowledge, has never contributed to one single shot topic. His only contribution has been to provide incendiary content, often not even in English, whose only purpose seems to be to pick a fight with the rest of the members. A lively discussion is one thing but this kind of posting is counter-productive to the stated goal of promoting fellowship. Still I have no desire to take away someone’s right to engage with trolls. I just don’t want to have to wade the muck to get to the good stuff.

Another easier option than the one I previously mentioned would be to Not have the "Off Topic Chatter" topic included in the general search for latest posts. If the user wants Off Topic simply select that topic.

Much easier to do than add filters.

Yup, if no-one "takes the bait" and he gets no responses, he doesn't have a platform.  Personally, I'm disappointed he hasn't been banned when I know several in the past who have who haven't deserved to be!!!!!
