Breech seating a Hepburn

Hope somebody here is breech seating a Hepburn? I have a nice Match B I purchased at the Denver show last May, and I'm pretty much stuck breech seating for it, as the bore is very large! It's almost .325" for the .32-40 chamber, and bullets fixed wont even come close to chambering.
I've looked around at various sources, but didn't see any pictures of a breech seating tool for a Hepburn. I'll buy one if need be, but wouldn't be against building one if I could see some samples and determine if it's something I can tackle.
Or if you know of a source for a good breech seater, I might just purchase it there. Found this one on the internet. Does anyone recognize the maker?

Val I do not know who's seater that is but it does not appear to have very much if any mechanical advantage and something to consider if building one. Russ Weber would be a good chioce if you are just looking to purchase one.

I'd guess about a 4or5 to 1 leverage gain. I don't understand how it fits into the action- but, I may be missing something obvious, like I do. It really is a well made tool in my eye.

Vall, With a bullet that big that won't fit in a chamberable case,  you will have the same issues I have with my 33-47.  Your breach seater will be a push rod.  The Pope rifling has no throat, so mine has mechanical advantage and pushes off the rear sight base on  my Ballard.

Vall - if you don't see anything here that catches your fancy, talk to Steve Durren. He not only builds breech-seaters but is also a Hepburn Scheutzen shooter (38-40).

Thanks everyone for pictures, and tips! Will try to contact names mentioned, and see what is available!
I was pretty shocked when I slugged the bore on the Hepburn, as it's in perfect condition, so expected it to be typical size. Maybe it got over bored at some time? Haven't done a chamber cast yet, so not sure how it's throated. When I bought it I got the previous owner's phone number from Ron Peterson, but attempts to call and see how he shot it were futile, as he is extremely hard of hearing, and we got nowhere.
I'll also do a chamber cast and see if it's possibly throated for breech seating.

If its not thraoted for breech seating, just use a bullet that fits the throat.  My 33-47 has no throat. Thousands of bs bullets most hitting near center  Roll Eyes

Thanks. Have a Ballard Schuetzen not throated for breech seating, but shoots my .32 caliber Hudson bullet well when breech seated.

Val,  Ken Meyer makes the one you have pictured.   I have one  and use it for all my #3's,  just change the case and plunger.  I breech seat from .32-30 to .40-90.    Still working on a bullet for the 32-40 B&M,  mine is oversized (.326)  too.

Ken is   Quarter_Bore  here on the forum.
