If you are not able to come up with the mould number, you could send the illustration you posted here to Colorado Shooters Supply and I'll bet they will cut you a mould to those specifications.
Over the years they have cut a number of custom moulds for me. All have satisfied my needs.
Poke around on their web site for a couple of minuets and you can figure out how to order a custom mould.

Gents - Thanks Kindly for the quick replies:
* I poured through the Hoch website for the stock and custom molds - came up with blanks.  I'll call & then send Hoch the bullet jpg
* J Lewis - calling Gail might be a possible answer too

Here is the Hoch 38 tapered bullet that CPA sells.

It is a bit longer than the one above and has 2 more grease grooves.  On mine cast 20-1, the base band is .376 and the next one in is .375.  about ..3735 for the middle bands and .369 at the front.  Mine weighs in at about 314 gr.  It seats easy and shoots well in my 16 twist 38-55 high wall.

Jack the one I got from CPA came in at 310grs. everything else appearing to be the same. That bullet shot extremely well in my 15 Twist Douglas XX with 300MP. I have a 10 Shot 200yd. .958 group shot on a score target and that bullet always shot extremely consistently well for me. I think it a good off the shelf choice from CPA if currently in stock for one to take into consideration for the benchrest Schuetzen events.

I haven't tried 300MP in the 38-55 yet although it is on my short list of things to try.  Been using 4227.  I bought the rifle for 200 yd BP use and as a backup to my 32-40.  As soon as the weather improves a bit it will be tested with 300MP.

I was shooting a 300 gr Saeco in that BP match.  Maybe I will try the Hoch and see what it will do.  I may shoot sitting instead or prone.  I never did get comfortable shooting at that uphill angle.

John, does that bullet have a little dimple on one side of the nose? if so then I gave you those bullets. I will check in the morning to see if my numbers match that bullet and can give you the mold number.

I can answer that question, Sam.  Yes, it does! Grin  And it weighs 294 gr if that'll help.

the mold number is 376-300  and here is a pic of the other side of the nose. I purchased this mold used from someone on here a while back. It cast great and seems to shoot very well. I really have not been able to play with it all that much but did set the bullet on top of about 45 g of CTG Goex and ran 10 straight on pigs at 300M.

EUREKA
Sam: Every bullet in the tray has a dimple! Then it has to been you that gave me a tray of these bullets! Forgot all about the gift ... Thanks Again

Email from Hoch:
Hi John
The mould is marked on the left hand side of the blocks with a serial number and the weight and diameter of the bullet.

This is a custom bullet mould and I cannot give you any information from the bullet design alone.
Thanks,
Dave

Have to love it when a mystery is solved. Smiley I'll send Hoch the mold number and ask if they will send me the bullet diagram

Chris: You have two options if you want this bullet, order from Hoch or wait till I get the diagram that Accurate or  can cut a bottom pour mold from
