Any thoughts on this Rolling Block on GB

I was looking through some Winchester 1873 listings on GB today and I noticed this mislabeled listing for a rolling block.  I know nothing about it and I have no plans to buy it but it looks like an interesting to me.  Anyone care to enlighten me as to what it was/what it is?

Swedfish R Block, converted to 8mmx58 I believe fixed rear leaf sight. Cases can be made out of 45/90 cases. Cheers Vic.

It started as a 12.7x44r military rifle. Close to 50/70, It was black powder, Converted to 8X58R, same as Danish Krag. New block, extractor and hammer. This has been sporterized, probably in Sweden, often done. Both rounds shoot well.

I'm in NOVA and I don't want to do anything with that rifle.  I was just curious about it because it looks fairly DIY to me.
