My handles are like yours, but have two dies - one like you have shown in your picture, and also a double adjustable die.
Both of mine are marked 8-20 instead of 9-20, and those numbers aren't the thread sizes of the dies.

The only clue I have about that is from this page here. The serial number for the 25-21 is 8 and the serial number for the 25-25 is 9. Not sure if that is it or not, but they didn't mark the serial number on the handles, so maybe they marked them on the dies.

What is the actual overall length of your die?

Looks like it is right at 2".

The one I have measures 1.955" OAL, so about 3/64" difference in die lengths.
Sure doesn't match up with the touch over 5/16" difference between the published cartridge case lengths.

Well if we are getting that precise, mine comes out to be 1.948". Though I am not sure how true my Cabela's micrometer is.

Here is another page I found listing the numbers for the dies.

I looked at all the clear pictures I could find showing markings on dies, and then checked the chart to see if the calibers matched the ones on the tool. Most of them were correct. Not sure why they mark the 25-21 differently than the 25-25 if the dies are the same size though.

With the dies coming in a set, a difference in just one item of the die set could have justified the different markings.
Sort of like with the old Lyman tang sight base codes, where the actual sight in two different boxes is exactly the same, but the mounting screws used for different guns were different, and therefore the "Code" for the boxed set was different.
