Joe, is that false muzzle rifled or smooth? If it's rifled in a rebore, it's gotta be some kind of trick work, huh? Neat rifle either way, I think.

Looks like a very nice working rifle to me
Wonder if the epoxy or solder extension is standard procedure for a re-bore.
Reamer and/or rifiling tool tend to leave a choke where it comes out.
Barrel makers usually suggest cutting one or two inches off the muzzle when fitting a new barrel.

Looks like its a shooter. Looking forward to your BP fixed ammo results.

Tell us how you 'rung the barrel'. May save someone (me  Cool) else from doing the same.
