Anyone loading for this cartridge?

I bought a RB carbine in excellent condition with two turned brass "everlasting" cartridge cases years ago.  The load listed with the rifle and cartridge cases by the previous unknown owner was 20 grains of 4227 (with a number of small pill bottles with this charge in them) and with a 400 gr. .458" bullets (which came with the rifle).  These loads are NOT accurate.

I am not familiar with the "Danish Beaumont" but if it is a Danish Rolling Block consider using black powder with a .459 or .460 hollow base 405g bullet made for a 45-70.  This works well in my Danish Rolling Block which has had the chamber reamed to .45-70.  Just fill up your cases with 2F or 3F black powder so the seated bullet compresses it just a bit.  Buffalo Arms has the bullets.  Hollow base helps with the barrel diameter being larger than .45-70.

Hello,
The Dutch had also a rolling block carbine. The Beaumont cartridge had a bottleneck case. When the carbine was introduced it used a straight cartridge case. They were later altered to the Beaumont case. If you have a Dutch Carbine in the original chambering then you have a rare collectors carbine. Could you please post a picture?

My gun is a carbine and appears quite original and unaltered.

It is in the back of the safe, so it will take me a little time to dig it out and take some pictures, but I will post.
