I was taking photos of a few things and thought I'd share a few of my Ballard No.6-1/2 Rigby rifle.  I have a J.D. Wilkinson powder measure, re- de-capper, bullet seater and bullet mould.  The tools are not original to the rifle and were collected over time.  The photos are a bit dark ...

Ballards may be weaker,
but they sure are neater!

Wow! Love all the Rigby Ballards, but that first model with straight grip stock is a rare one indeed! I have a very similar mold, but mine is marked on the sprue plate instead of the handle. I still haven't been fortunate enough to locate a Ballard ball seater!
Thanks for posting the pictures Joe!

Very nice rifle. Thanks for sharing. It appears to have been engraved by a different engraver than what is seen on the later 6 1/2s.

Regards,
Powderman

Looks like Nimschke scroll work. Later engraved Ballards were done by Ulrich.
