Notice there are no closeup/detail pictures of the cavity. Wonder why that is.

The caliber seems to be 44 Russian, and it comes with the decapping pin, but that's a lot of Rubles.  Tongue

I think he has no idea where the Decimal point should be. Or he thinks he is putting in a period. Most of that stuff is cast off lab equipment that is offered if you get it out as the company has no use for it. Called 5S or 6S, Jap system of clearing away stuff that is no longer needed or of use.
