Clear glass allows the UV rays to react on the powder, or so they say.

I don't think the powder would degrade inside a closed box over a weekend shoot- or even quite a while longer. I wouldn't store powder in a mayonaise jar on the shelf for a long time. Or at all, to be more correct.

Joe,

You have more 'stuff' than almost anyone I know.   Who'd a thunk there was a box for glass vials Smiley

I prime & charge a single case at the range, that is why I carry the charges in 357 cases.

If you have a good relationship with your Dentist he or she a can fix you up with all you'll need. They are are the ones they use for the pain meds. The local hardware store (OSH) had small rubber stoppers that gave a good tight fit.  The glass vials will hold about 25 Grs. of 4227 powder. I was able to round up enough vials to supply about 10 other shooters.

Just get a Harrell's powder measure & use that at the range. It's much more compact than a box of vials.

RJM, the Harrels is excellent and I use one, but some powders are too coarse for it.  In this case I pre-weigh and use the vials.
