Actually it wasn't too bad, at least for what we expect this time of year. It was probably around 70* (8:30AM) when we started and was right at 90* (1:00PM) when we finished .

The mirage was bad already though at 8:30. The targets were so blurry that you couldn't read the numbers, and it only got worse as the temperature went up. 

The next three months will be the rough ones. It will be 80* or so when we start and right at or over 100* by the time we finish.
