Anybody know anything about this company that makes PID controllers?    No reply to emails and no phone # available.  Want to order one.

Any recommendations  for a PID controller  outside of building one from scratch?

Thanks

Auberins has a unit ready to plug in and go . Make sure you get the better rated thermocouple for it . The thermocouples are made for various temp ranges - I had to replace mine with the better rated one within 8 hours use .  Smiley

I've had good luck with Red Lion but they are rather spendy.
Automation Direct offers a series of PID  controllers with all sorts of input options.
I've had good luck with AD but they are made in China.
SL4824-RR is one to look at.

You will need to add T/C and a power module to make this work.
I did a similar unit with a Red Lion 30-40 years ago. It had relay output which I used
to drive a pair of SCR's. It would hold a muffle furnace at 625 C (1157 F) within about
5 degrees.
