Martini international butt stock

I recently acquired a BSA International MK II. I would like to replace the butt stock with something a little more Left Hand friendly . I see Macon have a stock they claim will fit a MK III.
Can any one tell me if these stocks can be interchanged? Any other suggestions? I could get out the rasp, but until I find out if it's a keeper I would prefer not to cut the original. Thanks.

I purchased a sight from this gentleman in England. He has a left hand stock.
