	they look like they all want to blow their hands or fingers off, or even shoot themselves in the body. yes, I know the guns are not loaded perhaps they should attend a firearms safety course keep safe, bruce.

	The girl in the middle is cute and petite but who do you want pitching hay, working the farm and chasing kids all day ? That girl on the right can do that and then outshoot you, drink your beer and kick your a$$. Bet that rifle weighs #14. Ferraris are nice to look at and fun to drive but I wouldn't own one.

	My ex-father-in-law was from Alma, and as part of his pride in the town's history owned an historical-society-produced monograph on Alma's schuetzen heritage and Christian Pratt in particular. The photo here was one of several featured in that monograph, the rifles attributed to Pratt (who had a very distinct style), and most important to me still was the declaration that Ladies Shooting Teams were a prominent source of Alma pride. In short and all joking aside, those ladies were very serious about and very good with their rifles. Bill Lawrence
