A few hunting pics from last weekend.

Pics are of a BSA International MkII Light LH and a Ruger #1V in 218Bee. Just an overnight hunt/shoot. I walk while whistling for Red Fox, spent six hours to score 17 foxes in total. My record is 23 in one night. It's a lot of walking up n down hills, but I think its worth the result. Love my single shots.

Good shooting, but with that many rabbits available, would hesitate to shoot the foxes.
Coyotes got rid of the foxes here and now overrun with rabbits.
Coyotes can't seem to catch rabbits, foxes could.

Hi Chuck,
Rabbits never seem to be in very big numbers here in Australia anymore. Viruses released by government many years ago catch up with any outbreaks. Myxomatosis which was introduced back in the 1950s is the most common, a slow death of 14 days usually, develop skin tumors and usually go blind, followed by fatigue and fever. So when you find somewhere that has a few rabbits around, cherish the shooting, cause it won't last long.
