Got these too.

The best part of this is I got some sheet lead and a few 50/50 bars, all for free.

All the mystery metal will be used in dire situations only.

Lead expansion anchors for concrete or rock.  The band is likely pure lead.  The internal threaded part is probably zinc so the threads don't strip.
