Well, I took the pic. It was in 2012 when visiting a friend's shop in US.
I was soooo impressed how smart the Americans are to improve their shooting results!!!

But you are only allowed to use that target with guns that were officially worked on by Harlow.

CW, I don't think it would improve my score offhand, either. Maybe some day we can get together and just shoot until one of us hits the target and declare a winner. Shouldn't take more than sixty or eighty shots for me- a full match.
