Only that it's Vihtavuori, and it's a powder apparently marketed toward Cowboy Action, like Trail Boss.  In the Quickload database it shows as being significantly less bulky than Trail Boss, (gram for gram it's about the same bulk as Red Dot).  Speed is the same as Trail Boss, which is to say slightly slower than Bullseye, and quite a bit slower than Red Dot.   

I have not seen it for sale anywhere, nor do I know of anyone on the Innertubes who has reported on it.
