The second new MVA 1885 action arrived today. The client is having this one chambered in 38-50 Remington with presentation grade wood.

Great looking actions, and what a spectacular piece of wood!
I can't seem to find the actions listed on MVA's site, and their catalog won't load for me, but have inquired about price and options.

I eagerly look forward to pics of the finished rifle - it should be stunning.  I'm glad to see MVA selling High Wall actions and hope to having one built into a rifle in the future.

You have to call. They don't have many of the parts/etc. they offer on their website. They also sell 1885 parts if you don't need a complete action. Good folks to deal with.

Jim, sometimes you just get lucky. I have seen some of your other garage sale/ auction finds. You are a charmed shopper!
